Âé¶¹´«Ã½ launches new in-house Asset Library
To better support the university community’s need for high-quality digital content, the Communications and Marketing team has launched a new online . This new system replaces Brandfolder and is designed to make it easier for employees to locate, share and embed university-approved photos (web and print resolutions, banners and more), graphics (branded patterns, backgrounds, wallpapers), templates (PowerPoint, documents, digital signage) and logos (primary logos, faculty signatures, symbols, and spirit branding).
The system has been built within our Content Management System (CMS) and is accessible using your Single Sign-On (SSO) login. Whether you’re building a web page, creating a presentation, preparing a print product or posting to social media, the new system simplifies how you find and use digital assets.

CMS integration
For those who use the CMS, embedding an image is easier than ever. Simply select your image and click View in CMS to access the embeddable CMS asset directly.Quick social sharing
If you're preparing a social media post, use the Copy Link option to grab a shareable URL to paste into your content.
External sharing
You can also share individual images, or entire groups of assets, with those outside the university. Select the image(s), click Share from the footer menu, and copy the unique external link.
Search and discover
The system includes filters for asset type, category, usage (e.g. web, banner, print), campus, and location. Suggested keywords help narrow your search quickly.
Multiple file formats
Different versions are available for various uses including web, banners, and high-resolution print. Logos and templates are also organized by type and variation for easy access.
Ongoing enhancements
While the new Asset Library is fully functional and ready to replace Brandfolder, improvements and refinements will continue in the coming months based on your feedback. If you feel something’s missing or miscategorized, fill out the on the site.
