Faculty of Health Sciences holds inaugural Interdisciplinary Case Study Competition
On Thursday, April 24, the Faculty of Health Sciences’ (FHSc) Interdisciplinary Case Study Competition took place in Shawenjigewining Hall at the university’s north campus.
This competition sought to promote interdisciplinary collaboration among third- and fourth-year undergraduate FHSc students. Led by graduate student mentors, teams included Nursing, Human Health Science, Public Health, and Kinesiology students. The teams had approximately two hours to develop innovative solutions to address a case study issue with a focus on aging, nutrition and technology with a conscience. Participants subsequently presented to a live audience and judges.
