FEAS Professor gives keynote speech Smart Energy Systems webinar
Dr. Hossam Gaber, Professor, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences, recently delivered a keynote speech at the organized by Sciforum on May 22.
The webinar addressed key challenges of the transition and integration of clean energy technologies. It discussed how data analysis and AI techniques could be used to integrate renewable energy systems in different applications. It also covered integrated modelling and simulation approaches to evaluate energy transition scenarios and applications on micro-energy grids, transportation electrification, energy-water networks, marine environments, and community infrastructures.
Dr. Gaber’s, ‘Resilient Hybrid Energy and Transportation Infrastructures’ keynote explored strategies for developing hybrid energy systems and transportation charging stations, highlighting their integration within energy and transportation infrastructures.
